Packages & Pricing
bluDELTA is modular and supports different levels of automation – from structured document capture to fully integrated end-to-end processing.
Automation follows system logic.
From module to process solution
bluDELTA is built on three core modules: Class & Split, Extract, and Mapping.
The packages combine these modules into clearly defined levels – depending on how far a process should be automated.
This creates a flexible system that adapts to your requirements, from structured document intake to fully integrated processing in your target system.
Transparency instead of black box.
How our pricing is structured
The cost of bluDELTA is based on two factors:
- the selected package
- the processed volume
Only what is actually processed is billed.
Depending on the package, billing happens:
- per page (for document structuring only) or
- per processed document (for data extraction and automation)
For packages with automatic separation, only those documents from which data is actually extracted are billed. This ensures a fair and transparent pricing structure, especially for mixed document inputs.
Predictable and scalable.
Flexible billing models
bluDELTA can be used on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your volume and requirements.
- Monthly usage is suitable for stable and predictable volumes.
- Annual packages offer pricing advantages and balance fluctuations in usage.
This keeps your automation economically predictable, even as volumes grow.
bluDELTA adapts to your processes – not the other way around.
Packages, volume, and integration are always defined based on your requirements.

Individual instead of standardized.
Set-up and integration
The implementation of bluDELTA is project-specific. Requirements, data structures, and integration points are defined together and implemented technically.
The setup effort depends on the complexity of your processes and document types and is therefore calculated individually.
Tailored solutions.
