Initial Situation
A company in the packaging industry wanted to make its existing invoice processing workflow more efficient and reduce manual processing steps. At the same time, the solution needed to be integrated into the existing Microsoft system environment as quickly as possible.

Together with the Microsoft Power Platform, Arineo integrated bluDELTA into the existing invoice processing workflow. Incoming invoices are automatically identified, relevant information is extracted and structured for further processing within the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system.
By combining bluDELTA with existing Microsoft components, the solution was brought into productive operation within a short period of time. At the same time, manual processing steps were reduced significantly and invoice handling was accelerated considerably.
The project demonstrates how AI-supported document processing can be integrated pragmatically and in a controlled manner into existing system environments.
